ABP Energy Pvt. Ltd., established on 24th Chaitra, 2075 (Nepali Calendar), is a forward-thinking entity dedicated to advancing renewable energy solutions in Nepal. With a registration number of 212584/75/076 and an industry registration number of 6501/2079/03/24, our head office is located at Panipokhari, KMC-3, Kathmandu. We are excited to introduce the Tadi Ghyangphedi Hydropower Project, a flagship initiative designed to harness the power of Nepal’s water resources. This 8 MW run-of-river project, situated in Dupcheswor Rural Municipality, Nuwakot District, aims to generate an annual saleable energy of 48.75 GWh, with 15.97 GWh produced during the dry season and 32.77 GWh during the wet season.

Our team, led by prominent individuals such as Mr. Purna Lal Shrestha, Chairman, and Mr. Balaram Khatiwada, Director, brings a wealth of experience in hydropower development and industrial sectors. Supported by expert consultants in technical, financial, and environmental aspects, the project has achieved significant milestones, including the completion of the feasibility study and receipt of the IEE approval from the Ministry of Forests and Environment.

With a total project cost of NPR 1,640,000,000 and a robust financial framework, including a 75% loan and 25% equity split, the Tadi Ghyangphedi Hydropower Project promises strong financial returns and sustainable energy production.
